The full version of this guide provides instructions for creating the Visual Merchandising Guide (VMG), as I did in my role at Things Remembered. It is an internal document exclusively for employees, so some information has been omitted or blurred.
Obviously the full guide is much longer, but the process is similar to how I’d complete almost any project. Gather information, sort that information, use it to create the needed assets, assemble information and images in an appealing way, pass to others for review, revise, and repeat until the project is complete.
